Our solutions
...are devices for chemical unit operations which can be freely combined. Also multi-steps reactions are possible in this way:

• fast, exothermic reactions: mainly executed in mixer/heat exchangers. Fluitec is able to predict the temperature profile very exact, what is of especial interest if producing e.g. explosives.
• very strong exothermic, but temperature sensitive reactions: loop- and cascade-reactors serve many advantages. Even radical induced reactions can be controlled.
• slow, but residence time critical reactions: maintaining very narrow residence time distributions and high Bodenstein numbers, due to the absolute control over the fluid dynamics.
• multiphase reactions: improving the mass transfer rates
