Design, production and mounting of gas mixers including complete dosing stations for ammonia for SCR-DeNOx processes (catalytic elimination of NOx) are Fluitec’s strength. The equilibration of concentration- and temperature-profiles over the duct channels cross sectional area must be completed at the lowest possible pressure drop. Our experienced experts provide CFD-simulations of the latest generation using the professional software of FluentTM in combination with simultaneous computers. This combination allows an almost perfect simulation of the flow-pattern, the concentration profile and of the pressure drop.
