Depending on the customers need, the dosing units includes pumps, valves, flow meters, injection nozzles and an integrated PCS (process control system). The modules can for example be delivered as turnkey plants on a rack with wheels. The  modules can be designed ex-proved (acc. to ATEX), out of chlorine resistant materials and/or for high pressures and temperatures with complete redundancy. The required precision is defined by the customer. Titration curves are the basics if regulating the pH. However, also mass transfer limitations must be considered if working with multiple phase systems.
