Our solutions
...are various heat exchangers and mixer/heat exchangers. Depending on the particular application, the following solutions are recommended:

• monotube heat exchangers: for simple heating and cooling tasks. The devices are also available out of high alloyed steel, generate a very narrow residence time distribution, allow a high reaction control and are also dedicated for heavily changing viscosities.
• multitube heat exchangers for higher through put rates and increased performance in the laminar flow regime. Control over the residence time distribution, however, is distinctly restricted if compared to monotube reactors. 
• Fluitec Mixer/Heat-Exchanger type CSE-XR: highest mixing performance and unreached heat transport efficiency allow even continuous polymerisations with a very high control over the residence time distribution. Developed and patented by Fluitec.
• Pentan-Super Coil Heat Exchanger: a compact design, the low pressure drop and the usage of high grade materials to a low price are the main characteristics. Dedicated for liquids of low viscosities.
