…are mechanically extremely stable mixing elements of the type HD-CSE. HD-CSE mixing nozzles are especially developed for injection molding processes. Despite of its high mixing performance, the pressure drop is remarkable low. The massive design of massive cast stainless steel even allows the processing of abrasive media at high throughput rates for a long time.
Improved homogeneity of the polymer melt leads in most cases to reduced production costs and to a highly improved product quality. Upgraded filling properties, preventing of clouds and stains, reduced cycle times and uniform temperature and dye distribution are the results of the excellent mixing performance of the HD-CSE mixing elements.
