Fluitec provides extensive services to its customers: not only in respect to reactors and complete production plants, but also with its large know-how and powerful tools.

CFD-calculations (Computed Fluid Dynamic) and especially developed specific software are used to characterise and to improve chemical processes. High performance calculators of the latest generation, the professional CFD-software of FluentTM and established CFD-specialists allow the insight into undescribed regions of chemical reactors.

Fluitec is also able to calculate heat- and mass-transfer rates in static mixers and static mixer/heat-exchangers. Simulation of the temperature profile in tube reactors is possible with high precision, what is very often all-dominant concerning safety aspects.

Fluitec likes the challenge to tackle also projects of especial complexity. Engineering projects allow the intense and thoroughly examination of processes in order to find the optimized solutions for the end user. Fluitec engineers are practically experienced and always looking for simple and pragmatic concepts, while the maximum costs for the engineering are defined in advance. A detailed report is included, thus allowing also the direct realisation of large scales industrial plants.
