The numerous advantages of continuous processes are obviously: reduced operating and almost no maintenance costs, reduced manpower, no dead times due to draining, cleaning and filling of batch reactors, higher space-time yields, improved product quality of a constant level, smaller reactor size, reduced safety hazards, etc.

The mpp-Line from Fluitec makes process development as easy as possible. Its small size and its almost unlimited flexibility allows the fast and versatile characterisation of batch reactions in continuously operated processes. The unit assembly system of the mpp-line enables the customer to build up even multiple-step reaction processes of multi phase processes. The experienced Fluitec team stands by to help you. Combination of the different process-units is easy realised by PTFE or Swagelok®-couplings.
