Static mixers of Fluitec are worldwide used for over 14 years with great success. The goal of mixing operations in the classical chemical industry is mainly the turbulent and complete homogenisation of fluids of low viscosities. Very often, a following chemical reaction needs to be controlled.
The well characterised mixing efficiency guarantees a constantly high performance at reduced operating volumes and reduced safety hazards.
All mixers can be designed and produced in Fluitec’s workshop according to the PED-guidelines (pressure equipment directives) and according to AD 2000. CE-marking and TÜV-examination are daily business. ANSI/ASME designs with U-stamp or China stamp are produced at our partners workshop.
