Know-how and competence of Fluitec do not end with the static mixer as a single component. Fluitec therefore provides pure know-how as well, as especially designed injection nozzles and dosing modules.

Fluitec’s wide range of modular and continuous reaction concepts, also allows the realisation of multi-step reactiors. Almost any standard operation steps can be combined with each other: dosing, mixing, mass-transfer processes of multi-phase mixtures, heat transfer, residence time controlled reactions and much more. Beside of calculating the necessary dimensions, evaluating the appropriate material, etc. Fluitec is able to calculate and to simulate the mixing quality, the pressure drop and the temperature profiles of chemical processes.
