…are inexpensive, but established. Fluitec produces static mixers out of PP, PE, PVC, FRP (fibre reinforced plastics) and any kind of steel for all sizes. The geometrical design of the mixer is defined by the solubilities of the media, the maximum length, the required homogeneity, the throughput and the risk for plugging.
In contrast to conventional mixers, the compact mixers Aquamix and Flash feature a significantly reduced length and an optimised ratio of price to performance.
The conditioning of drinking water includes deferrization and demanganization as standard unit operations. Like all other processes for gas/liquid contacting, these steps can be performed in-line in pipes or as air-lift devices in tanks and pools. Depending on the required performance, continuously re-dispersing in static mixers or dosing of the gas by the patented FSBR (Fluitec Small Bubbles Reactor) is chosen. |
